Plastic Fantastic makes every effort to correctly identify and describe every piece on this Webbsite. Customers are urged to read the Glossary and Testing pages as well as the item descriptions. Customers should E-mail any further questions they may have about any item BEFORE going ahead and ordering that item. All items are sold as is.

Ordering

When your E-mailed order form is received, Plastic Fantastic will E-mail you an order confirmation, which will include instructions about where to send your payment. At that time, the piece you have ordered will be placed on HOLD. You will have one week from the issue of your order confirmation for Plastic Fantastic to receive your payment. If your payment is not received within one week, then the item will be removed from HOLD status and again be offered for sale.

Payment

Payment may be made by personal check, bank cashier's check, or electronic bank transfer. If you intend to pay by electronic bank transfer, please indicate that on your order form, and Plastic Fantastic will advise you of the bank routing and account number when your order confirmation is issued. In the case of payment by electronic bank transfer, there will be an additional charge of $10.00 per order to cover the receiving bank's charges for processing the transfer. Items will be shipped once payment has been received, and has been cleared.

Taxes

New York residents or any purchase which is shipped to a New York address must include 8% sales tax with their payment.

Dealers within Pennsylvania can be exempted from Sales Tax by providing their Tax Number along with their order.

Shipping

Items are shipped by United States Postal Service Priority Mail, with a return receipt. I will contact you with the correct shipping and insurance amount for your order once your order is received. If you wish your purchase to be insured, please indicate that on your order form and include an additional $3.00 to cover the cost of insurance.

Return Policies

Plastic Fantastic wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with it once it has arrived, please notify Plastic Fantastic by E-mail immediately so that a return and refund can be processed. Returns are contingent on the following terms:

You must notify Plastic Fantastic within 24 hours of receipt that the item is unsatisfactory and will be returned.
Plastic Fantastic will issue a return authorization number by E-mail. A return will not be accepted without an authorization number.
Please securely re-package the item with a paper that indicates the return authorization number, and promptly mail it back to Plastic Fantastic. Return postage and any insurance is to be paid in full by the returnee.
When Plastic Fantastic receives the item and verifies that it is in the same condition as it was when it was shipped, then the refund will be processed within 24 hours, minus the original shipping and insurance charges, and minus the electronic transfer charge (if payment was made by electronic transfer).
If you fail to notify Plastic Fantastic within 24 hours of receipt of an item that you intend to return it, then Plastic Fantastic considers that purchase to be final.
